Advanced Scheduling is now available for download from the Technisoft Business Partner area of our Website and is free of charge to all our clients who are current on Technisoft Software Assurance. The product does not require any special activation or modification to the existing database table structures. It does however require a license entry titled “Service Manager Advanced Scheduling” in the Service Manager License file to operate. 

We have been progressively providing that additional entry to many clients for some time now so many users may already have that product entry already. 

To check whether you have an Advanced Scheduling License already, simply open any Service Manager program and select Help, About. If you do not see Advanced Scheduling listed please contact Technisoft and we will update and forward you a new license file. 

 

Operation of the product is relatively straight forward however to fully understand and appreciate the finer mechanics, we have prepared a User Guide which will be installed along with the program. We have also prepared some training videos which due to their size can only be downloaded separately for review.
