Service Manager 5.6B and 6.0A Releases!

 It is with great anticapation Technisoft has released the feature rich 5.6B and 6.0A. Service Manager 6.0A contains all features introduced in the recently released 5.6B version.

        Some of the NEW features include:

• Restructure of the method used to account for WIP. WIP is now only posted on posted Job values.
• New Cost now Bill Later feature (Delayed Billing) which is effectively a shipping function.
• Consolidated invoicing has been introduced.
• Full support for the IC Option to “Cost during Posting” has been added.
• An Equipment Returns facility has been added to facilitate the return of Equipment and/or Items to stock.
• An Item Refurbishment facility has been added to compliment the new Returns function.
• Over a dozen report Enhancements.
• Several Improvements to Agreement Processing.
• 10 additional Maintenance Levels have been added.
• Introduction of G/L Account Segment override at the Equipment Level.
• Ability to specify the default Purchase Tax classes for Services.
• Added the ability to Post Cost only and Credit Notes in the Posting schedules program.
• Employee Portal Support for CRM 7.1.
